INDIRECT COOLING SYSTEM (CHILLERS)
Indirect cooling systems, commonly known as “CHILLERS,” enable numerous applications in both primary milk production and industrial processes, meeting increasingly precise requirements.
Their main advantage is cooling capacity, able to cool large fluid (milk) volumes instantaneously due to virtually unlimited heat exchange surface area and substantial installed power.
By employing cutting-edge technology, we achieve complete control over both the fluid being cooled and the refrigerant used, allowing optimal preservation of processed product quality.
The automation system enables switching from cooling to chemical cleaning of both equipment and transfer piping with a single signal, simplifying operation.
The system provides maximum operational safety with alarms in all functional components.
Regarding installation, this system transfers “cold” through an aqueous phase fluid, making installations easier and safer while minimizing contamination in case of leaks (which are simple to repair).
